Skid Steers 400 Series Skid Steers Valuable partners in any operation. The new 400 Series skid steers reflect a longstanding Case IH commitment to customer values like: Low cost of ownership. These skid steers are designed to save you time and money with construction and easy maintenance. Operator comfort. Low-effort servo-hydrostatic controls and two cab options put you at ease. Outstanding productivity. Fast cycle times and an extensive selection of attachments let you finish chores more quickly and efficiently. Select from eight 400 Series models—five offering radial arm loader geometry, and three with a vertical lift loader arm design. Radial Arm Lift Design (Models 410, 420, 430, 440, 450) Fastest loader cycle on the market. - The Power Cycle radial linkage loader arm design provides the fastest loader cycle on the market and allows excellent digging and material handling capabilities. - A "flexing," unitized, one-piece welded chassis features several stress relief points that allow the chassis to flex without cracking or breaking. - The bucket hinge-pin height and forward reach make these models ideal for material-handling tasks such as loading manure into a hopper or pallets onto trailers. - Mechanical two-way self-leveling is standard on the 450. - A hydraulic self-leveling option is available (all models except the 450) to reduce spilling and improve cycle times. - Radial loader arms use the chassis for additional support when the bucket is in the digging position. This prevents loader arm stress and maximizes durability. Vertical Lift Loader Arm Design (Models 435, 445, 465) Highest lift capacities in the industry. - The Power Reach vertical loader linkage allows you to easily lift heavy pallets and large bales and place them precisely on trailers and trucks or in wagons, hoppers and bins. - You get maximum reach all the way to full height with the Power Reach design, helping you load into high-sided equipment and over fences. - Add the hydraulic self-leveling option, and the bucket maintains a level position while the loader arms are raised, for improved material retention and faster cycle times. Optional push-button, two-speed drive (all models except the 410 and 420) allows you to travel at higher speeds to move quickly between tasks. Push-button brake activation allows operation of loader arms without having to steady the machine—an excellent feature when working on slopes. The spring-applied hydraulic release (SAHR) disc parking brake can be applied three ways: press the brake button on the right-hand instrument panel, raise the seat bar, or stop the engine. A variety of tire choices allows for optimal performance in any application. Choose: - Beefy Baby II - All-around, general purpose tire. - SKS - Deeper tread provides more protection of the tire and longer life. - Hippo - Provide flotation for less compaction (Models 410, 420, 430 and 440 only). - Bulky Hulk - Heavy-duty flotation tire provides a large footprint for less compaction and low ground pressure—outstanding for landscaping applications, muddy areas or soft ground conditions. - Galaxy Hulk - for long life in severe-duty applications. - Steel tracks with rubber inserts - better traction and flotation in soft conditions. |
