If you have difficulty calling a KanEquip location, please know it is due to a nation-wide phone issue. Large telecommunication companies typically route calls on a least-cost routing philosophy. This has caused some telephone calls to and from rural consumers to be routed unsuccessfully. Callers may receive a message stating the number is no longer valid, or the call may ring and ring, but not ring at the destination or may ring at the destination but when answered no response from the caller can be heard. The FCC has become involved and is now investigating these issues.
If you are not able to reach us by phone, please E-mail us at kanequip@kanequip.com or use our contacts page to E-mail a specific person at the location.
We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
